Tim Turner is a veteran investment banker and corporate attorney. He is managing director of Ridger Capital, a Los Angeles-based investment banking firm. Tim also serves as a transaction partner with GT Securities, Inc., a licensed broker-dealer and FINRA and SIPC member. Additionally, Tim serves as U.S. counsel for a global agribusiness company in France, a position he has held since 2010.

Tim was employed previously as an investment banker for Lehman Brothers in New York, McDonald & Co (KeyBanc) in Chicago, and Trinity Capital in Los Angeles. Tim has served as lead banker on M&A transactions and capital raises valued over $4B. He has industry specific experience in food & ag, energy, and life sciences. He began his career as an attorney with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission in Washington, DC.

Tim has an MBA in Finance from Northwestern University and a JD from University of Illinois Chicago Law School. He is a FINRA registered representative with Series 79 and 63 licenses and is licensed to practice law in Illinois.

Ryan Ramage is an investment banker who specializes in structured finance, capital placement, and brokering real estate investment sales throughout the US. He is the managing director of Ridger Capital, a Los Angeles-based investment banking firm. Ryan also serves as a transaction partner with GT Securities, Inc., a licensed broker-dealer, and FINRA and SIPC member. Additionally, Ryan serves in executive and board positions for several small to medium-sized companies in the real estate, food, and marketing sectors.

Ryan worked at various finance, real estate, and marketing companies before joining Ridger Capital. He has also served as a banker on M&A transactions and capital raises and as a broker for transactions valued at several billion.

Ryan has a Bachelor of Business Administration and Finance from San Diego State University and an MBA in Business from the University of Phoenix. He is a FINRA registered representative with Series 79, 22, and 63 licenses and is a licensed real estate broker in California.

Ryan is a proud US Veteran, having served in the US Navy on board the USS Princeton during the end of Desert Storm and Operation Desert Fox. 

Richard Horn is a business executive with over three decades of experience who specializes in structured finance, debt and brokering real estate investment sales throughout the US. He is the managing director of Ridger Capital, a Los Angeles-based investment banking firm where he heads up the financial underwriting and evaluation of the company’s business.

For over two decades, he has been involved in the successful development of industrial properties as an Owner/Builder. His development experience encompasses all aspects of project management, from land acquisition, design, entitlement, and construction through the leasing and sale of the completed projects. Since 2007, he has been doing finance and commercial brokerage, where he has assisted his clients and several municipalities with various industrial, redevelopment, and mixed-use projects, demonstrating a penchant for aggressive marketing and creative deal-making. He is especially adept at implementing marketing campaigns for historically significant projects that are traditionally challenging to acquire or sell. Prior to this, Mr. Horn owned a California steel company that specialized in custom parts for the aerospace and construction industries.

Richard has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance with an emphasis in Real Estate & Economics from California State University Long Beach. He is a licensed real estate broker in California.
