What We Do

Sell-Side Advisory.

Representing owners pursuing a full or partial exit. Engagements include valuation analysis, marketing materials (CIM and teaser), targeted buyer outreach, management presentations, bid solicitation and negotiation, and oversight through diligence and closing.

Buy-Side Advisory.

Representing strategic acquirers, sponsors, and platforms pursuing growth through acquisition. Engagements include target identification and screening, outreach to non-marketed opportunities, valuation, structuring, negotiation, and diligence coordination.

Strategic Transactions.

Joint ventures, minority investments, recapitalizations, divestitures of non-core assets or business lines, and structured strategic alliances. Representing owners pursuing a full or partial exit.
