Ryan Ramage is Managing Director and President of Ridger Capital, a California based boutique investment banking firm focused on capital placement, structured finance, M&A advisory, and strategic transactions across multiple sectors. He specializes in helping founders, operators, sponsors, and institutional counterparties structure, position, and execute capital markets and real estate-related transactions throughout the United States.
Ryan serves as a registered representative through GT Securities, Inc., a licensed broker-dealer and member FINRA/SIPC. He is also Managing Director and broker of record for Ridger’s commercial real estate platform, where he supports real estate investment sales, capital structuring, and transaction execution.
With more than 30 years of professional experience spanning investment banking, capital markets, structured finance, commercial real estate, operations, and technical systems, Ryan brings a practical, execution-oriented perspective to complex transactions. His background allows him to translate business objectives into actionable transaction structures, identify risk early, coordinate stakeholders, and help drive mandates from strategy through closing.
In addition to his role at Ridger Capital, Ryan serves in executive, advisory, and board capacities for small and middle-market companies across infrastructure, energy, real estate, consumer packaged goods, technology, and aerospace and defense. His work is informed by a multidisciplinary background in finance, law, real estate, operations, and technology.
Ryan has a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from San Diego State University and an MBA in Business from the University of Phoenix. He is a FINRA registered representative with Series 79, 22, and 63 licenses and is a licensed real estate broker in California.
Ryan is a proud U.S. Veteran, having served in the U.S. Navy aboard the USS Princeton during the end of Desert Storm and Operation Desert Fox.
